Big Dill Games Shipping Policy

Scope of Policy 

This policy is limited to the shipping of Big Dill Games' products directly to end  customers/consumers. Big Dill Games' shipping policy for orders placed by retailors and distributors are governed by a retailer's or distributor's individualized negotiated shipping terms. 

Shipping Charges and Services

Shipping and handling are charged based on the delivery destination and the weight of the items ordered. These are calculated at checkout.

In Big Dill Games, LLC's discretion, customers may have the choice of multiple shipping vendors at checkout.

Order Processing Time

The shipping time quoted on our checkout page does not include the time we spend processing the order. Most orders are processed  within 48 hours of the order being placed. A small percentage of orders are processed 72 hours after placement of the order. When an order has been processed and shipped, the customer will receive an email indicating such.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship anywhere in the United States. Other shipping destinations are not available at this time, but may become available in the future. 

Taxes, Duties, and Fees

With the exception of applicable Utah state sales tax (which we collect and remit), any taxes, duties, and fees applicable in a customer's jurisdiction are the customer's responsibility, as Big Dill Game's does not presently have a nexus or physical presence in any State other than Utah. 

Product Damaged During Shipping

The party that bears the costs of shipping damaged products back to Big Dill Games for replacement or refund are governed by Big Dill Games' Return Policy. Please refer to that Policy for details.
