Product Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 calendar days of a product's purchase date. Products are eligible for return if they are unopened and in their original packaging, OR if the product was damaged during shipping. Opened products or products damaged after delivery to the customer are not eligible for return.
Return Process
To initiate a refund request and return, please contact our customer service team at jarell@bigdill-games.com or call (435) 828-1466. Include in the request your name, contact information, order number, and the reason for the return or refund. If the item is damaged, please send a clear photo of the damage for our team to review for refund approval. Reviews will normally be completed and approved or denied within 72 hours of sending a return or refund request. When applicable, customers will be offered replacement parts for damaged game pieces and components, which will be shipped to the customer at no cost. However, the customer is free to reject replacement parts and receive a full refund if they desire. Depending on the condition of the damaged game, BIG DILL GAMES may request that the game be shipped back to the company. Costs incurred by the customer in shipping a damaged product back to the BIG DILL GAMES will be refunded to the customer along with the full purchase price-including original shipping costs.

Return Shipping Responsibility
If the item was damaged during shipping, return shipping will be refunded along with the original purchase price and original shipping cost.
The customer shall be responsible for shipping costs incurred in returning unopened products that are still in original packaging. Upon receipt of the product BIG DILL GAMES will issue a refund for the purchase price, including the original shipping cost.
Refund Process
Refunds will be issued to a customer's original method of payment within 5–7 business days of Big Dill Games receiving the unopened or damaged product. If BIG DILL GAMES does not require return of a damaged product refunds will be issued to customer's original method of payment within 5–7 business days of approving the refund.
