Jarell A. Dillman is the founder and manager of Big Dill Games. He is also the designer of Racket, his debut board game. As an avid board game enthusiast for over 20 years, Jarell’s love for the hobby has been a driving force behind his decision to create Racket, a game that resonates with both casual players and dedicated gamers alike. His passion for the board game community has inspired him to craft a game that provides a fun and engaging experience that is sure to create memorable moments around the table.
Professionally, Jarell serves as a criminal prosecutor, a role that naturally influenced the theme of Racket. His background in law and justice has helped shape the game's design, adding a layer of depth and realism to the gameplay while still keeping it fun and accessible. His dual love for the law and board games has allowed him to merge these worlds, resulting in a unique and compelling game.
When he’s not designing games or working in the courtroom, Jarell enjoys a variety of outdoor activities, including camping, hiking, and traveling. He values time spent with his family, especially his wife and four children, and strives to create lasting memories with them.
